Products & pricing

All products are apparel (hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, tracksuits, pants, shorts, jeans). Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • US delivery: 5–10 business days. Shipping is free on all US orders.
  • International delivery: 8–15 business days; international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
  • Damage or loss claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but lost or stolen.

Returns & refunds

  • 18-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived wrong or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To start a return, email support@righteoushoodie.com with your order number.
